Is Your Knowledge Management Imploding?
Building a Scalable Solution
We all want the ultimate support tool — a solution that will convert clients, partners, and site visitors into advocates by providing the perfect content delivery experience. Many solutions claim this title, yet end up failing your users.
Why do so many of these so-called ultimate support tools, including Salesforce Knowledge, implode during deployment?
Typical knowledge-based software like Salesforce Knowledge, Zendesk, Guru, and HelpJuice are focused on content delivery but they miss the bigger solution. As a result, knowledge base buyers suffer when their content overwhelms their capacity to maintain it.
That’s what we answer in this webinar presented by Ingeniux and easyDITA. We focus on three key areas that are missing in most knowledge management solutions: Intelligence, Usability, and Scalability.
About This Webinar
Date and Time: Thursday, April 11, 2019, 2:00 PM EST.
In this webinar, we’ll explore why solutions like Salesforce Knowledge don’t work for:
- Branding and presentation
- Maintaining content intelligence and structure
- Delivering personalized content experiences
We’ll then look at alternative knowledge management solutions that:
- Maintain the intelligence and structure associated with your content
- Enable a personalized content experience
- Deliver a seamless, brand driven user experience
